Shipping policy

We’re a small Australian business, and we pack every Happy Harriet order with care.

 

Australia-wide shipping 

Happy Harriet currently ships within Australia only. 

Standard shipping: $11

Express shipping: $15

Free standard shipping: On orders over $80 

Orders are sent using Australia Post or another suitable delivery service.

 

Processing times 

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving your order. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available. 

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, sales, promotional periods or other particularly busy periods.

 

Delivery times 

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery service used. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is outside our control. 

Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

If your order appears to be delayed, please check your tracking information first. If you’re still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us at hello@happyharriet.com.au and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. 

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may be required to resend the order. 

We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an address incorrectly entered at checkout.

 

Lost or damaged parcels 

Once your order has been handed to the delivery carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the parcel safely. 

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and product so we can assess the issue and assist you.

 

Shipping restrictions 

We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
